Job summary

Crozier Fine Arts is seeking a talented Project Manager for our Special Projects Team. You will lead and execute complex projects from planning through final implementation, collaborating across internal groups and mentoring project managers and art handlers.

The role requires 2–3 years in project management, supervisory experience, and rigging knowledge, with strong budgeting and client communication skills. Travel is required; remote East Coast work with onsite travel flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in Project Management delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• 1 year experience in Supervisory Capacity (Team Lead/Supervisor).
• 1-3 years Rigging experience and ability to create rigging plans.
• Knowledge of project estimation (time/materials), WBS, project management software, logistics planning, and reading engineering drawings/building plans.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage project activities; track progression, identify risks, and mitigate them.
• Provide guidance, problem solving, oversight, training, and mentorship across the organization.
• Collaborate with other departments and external partners to meet client expectations while complying with Federal and State requirements.
• Use a consultative approach to determine technical requirements, design solutions, dependencies and risks; build profitability proposals.
• Manage costs and ensure on-budget delivery; create/review invoices per contracted specs.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities via proposals and referrals.
• Discharge standards that meet or exceed industry best practices.
