Job summary

Crozier Fine Arts, part of Iron Mountain Incorporated, seeks a talented Project Manager for our Special Projects Team. You will plan, oversee, and execute diverse projects, providing mentorship to PMs and art handlers, with travel as needed.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years PM experience, plus supervisory exposure and rigging knowledge, and will coordinate across internal groups to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in Project Management delivering complex projects on time and budget.
• 1 year supervisory experience (team lead/supervisor).
• 1-3 years rigging experience with rigging plans.
• Knowledge of project estimation, time/materials, WBS, and reading drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage project activities; track progress and mitigate risks.
• Provide guidance, problem-solving, and mentorship across the organization.
• Collaborate with departments and vendors to meet client expectations and compliance.
• Define dependencies and critical paths; build proposals to maintain profitability.
• Manage costs and ensure on-budget delivery; review invoices.
• Develop a pipeline of opportunities through proposals and referrals.
