Job summary

Kardium Inc. is seeking an Area Vice President to lead the commercial launch of the Globe System in the Western US.

You will hire and develop a field sales and clinical team, build relationships with electrophysiologists, hospital staff, and key opinion leaders, and translate the launch plan into adoption and revenue. You will partner with leadership on strategy, ensure field execution, and travel to clinical sites to support teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in leadership within medical devices.
• Proven track record recruiting, building and developing high‑performing teams.
• Established relationships with EPs and EP lab staff; deep electrophysiology market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute the launch and own the Globe System sales plan in the Western US.
• Shape strategy with leadership, marketing, and product teams based on field insights.
• Build, hire, and onboardSales Reps and Field Clinical Specialists; coach for results.
• Lead and develop the sales and clinical team with clear expectations and field time.
• Engage EPs, hospital staff, and KOLs to drive adoption and utilization.
• Forecast, report pipeline and performance metrics to senior management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across customer interactions.
• Travel to clinical sites to support teams and customers.
