Job summary

Kardium Inc. is seeking an Area Vice President to lead the commercial launch of the Globe System in the Northeast US. This remote role focuses on executing sales plans, recruiting and developing a high-performing team, and cultivating strong relationships with EPs and lab staff to drive adoption and revenue.

You will collaborate with leadership on strategy, oversee field operations, and travel to sites to support customers while ensuring regulatory compliance and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of sales experience with 5+ years in medical device leadership.
• Proven ability to recruit and build high-performing teams.
• Strong track record launching new products and driving revenue.

Responsibilities

• Execute the launch and own the Globe System sales plan in your area.
• Partner on sales, marketing, and product strategy from the field back into the plan.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard Sales Reps and Field Clinical Specialists.
• Coach and develop your sales and clinical team with clear expectations.
• Engage EPs and hospital staff to drive adoption and utilization.
• Ensure sites are trained and supported for successful use of the Globe System.
• Monitor market trends and adjust competitive strategy accordingly.
• Forecast, report pipelines, and performance to senior management.
• Travel to clinical sites as needed to support customers.
