Job summary

Kardium Inc. is seeking a Field Clinical Manager to lead and develop a team of Field Clinical Specialists in support of the Globe Pulsed Field System launch.

You will provide clinical expertise during cardiac ablation and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals across the USA. This remote role requires deep knowledge of electrophysiology, exceptional leadership, and the ability to travel extensively to clinical sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience leading a team of Clinical Specialists in Electrophysiology or as a Field Trainer.
• Strong clinical knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel 50%+ and work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Clinical Specialists.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure proficiency in electrophysiology and supporting commercial ablation cases.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching.
• Provide clinical expertise and support to healthcare professionals during cardiac ablation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in electrophysiology.
• Travel to clinical sites to support team activities and build stakeholder relationships.
