Kardium Inc. seeks a Territory Manager to lead commercial launch and market penetration for the Globe Pulsed Field System in the USA.

You will drive sales with clinical specialists and collaborate across marketing, product development, and regulatory teams to ensure successful adoption in your geography. You will bring 3+ years in medical device sales and 5+ years in electrophysiology, with strong presentation and relationship-building skills to meet ambitious targets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrophysiology; 3 years supporting cardiac ablation preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Identify key opinion leaders, physicians, and healthcare facilities within territory.
• Conduct product demos, training sessions, and presentations for customers.
• Provide product and technical support to electrophysiologists during ablation procedures.
• Build relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and regulatory teams for launch and adoption.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity; report to management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
