Kardium is seeking a Field Clinical Manager (Remote) in the United States to lead and grow a team of Field Clinical Specialists during the Globe Pulsed Field System launch. You will guide clinical adoption and ensure high-quality support across sites.

You will deliver clinical expertise during ablation procedures, train staff, build relationships with physicians, ensure regulatory compliance, and travel to sites to support the adoption of Kardium’s life-changing technology.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years leading a team of Clinical Specialists in Electrophysiology.
• Strong clinical knowledge of electrophysiology procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel over 50% and work in the USA.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Clinical Specialists.
• Develop and implement training for electrophysiology and ablation support.
