Angel Aligner North America is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Arizona to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. You will build relationships with orthodontists and dentists, develop territory plans, and act as a strategic partner focused on customers’ growth goals.

This remote-based role requires frequent travel across the state, 5+ years in sales, and Challenger selling proficiency. Collaborate with marketing/product teams; strong communication is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years of sales experience in high growth corporate markets.
• Prior aligner sales experience with orthodontists as the principal contact.
• Proficiency in consultative selling with knowledge of the Challenger technique.
• Effective communication, with negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present clearly.
• Capable of working both collaboratively and independently.
• Maintains high ethics and professional conduct at all times.
• Able to deliver complex information in a clear, structured manner.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.
