Job summary

Western Funding Inc. seeks an Area Sales Manager in Austin, TX with remote work flexibility to grow funded deals through dealer partnerships. You will engage independent and franchise dealers, manage growth, and ensure successful funding through consultative sales and strong relationship building.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive finance or related financial services is preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for dealer engagement.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and work remotely/onsite as needed.

Responsibilities

• Present and communicate company products to management at dealerships.
• Identify and contact sales prospects and accounts assigned.
• Follow-up on new leads and referrals from dealers.
• Develop and grow dealer partnerships within independent and franchise channels.
• Maintain effective communication with dealers on current programs.
• Train dealers on proper documentation for fast funding of contracts.
