Job summary

Western Funding Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Saint Louis, MO, with remote work flexibility to expand dealer partnerships across the region. You will drive funded deals by onboarding and managing dealer relationships and by applying a consultative sales approach.

You will travel up to 75% to visit independent and franchise dealers, present solutions, train staff on funding processes, and collaborate with regional managers to meet growth targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive, Finance and Sales.
• Prior experience in Financial Services or car dealership.
• 1-2 years in sales with proven track record.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to travel up to 75% and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Present and communicate products to dealers at all management levels in person.
• Identify sales prospects and manage assigned accounts.
• Follow up on leads and referrals from dealer networks.
• Develop and grow dealer partnerships within Independent and Franchise dealers.
• Maintain regular communication with dealer partners about programs.
• Train dealers on proper documentation for fast funding.
