Job summary

Western Funding Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Springfield, MO, with remote work options. You will drive funded deals by partnering with independent and franchise dealers across North America, traveling up to 75% to grow the dealer network and ensure fast funding of contracts.

You will train dealers on programs, build strong relationships, and manage growth with local dealers. A strong background in automotive/finance sales and a HS diploma are required; a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive, Finance and Sales.
• Experience in Financial Services or car dealership.
• 1–2 years in a challenging sales role with a proven track record.
• Clear and effective presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
• Results oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
• Valid driver's license is required for this position, driving is essential.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Present and communicate products and services to dealer management.
• Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from dealers.
• Develop and grow dealer partners within independent and franchise networks.
• Maintain regular communication with dealer partners about current programs.
• Train dealers on Western Funding processes for fast funding of contracts.
