Job summary

Western Funding Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to expand our dealer network across North America. You will work remotely in the US, traveling up to 75% to visit independent and franchise dealerships, presenting financing solutions and growing funded deals.

Expect a consultative sales approach, onboarding new dealers, and managing relationships to drive growth. Base plus commissions with strong earning potential and a collaborative External Sales team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive, finance and sales fields.
• Experience in financial services or at a car dealership is a plus.
• 1-2 years in a challenging sales role with a track record of success.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Present and communicate products and services to dealership management.
• Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts.
• Follow up on leads and referrals from dealers.
• Develop and grow dealer partnerships within independent and franchise networks.
• Communicate about programs with dealer partners regularly.
• Train dealers on documentation and fast funding of contracts.
