Job summary

Western Funding Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to grow funded deals with Independent and Franchise dealers across North America.

You will identify and onboard dealers, manage growth, and maintain strong partnerships while traveling up to 75% and working remotely. This full-time role reports to Regional Sales Managers and offers a robust commission-based compensation plan with guaranteed base in the first year.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive, Finance and Sales.
• Experience in Financial Services or car dealerships preferred.
• 1–2 years in a sales role with a proven track record.
• Clear and effective presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Present and communicate products and services to management at dealerships in person.
• Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads from Independent and Franchise dealers.
• Develop and grow dealer partnerships within Independent and Franchise communities.
• Maintain communication with dealer partners on current programs.
• Train dealers in proper documentation for fast contract funding.
