Job summary

Western Funding Inc. is hiring an Area Sales Manager to grow funded deals by partnering with independent and franchise dealerships across the US. This field-based role requires strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and travel up to 75% to visit auto dealers.

You will train dealers on funding processes, manage dealer growth in your region, and report to Regional Sales Managers in a full-time, remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in Automotive, Finance or Sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Present company products and services to dealership management in person.
• Identify and contact sales prospects and assigned accounts.
• Follow up on leads and referrals from independent and franchise dealers.
• Develop and grow dealer partner base within independent and franchise communities.
• Maintain regular communication with dealer partners on current programs.
• Train dealers on Western Funding processes and documentation for fast funding.
