Job summary

Western Funding Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to expand funded deals by partnering with Independent and Franchise dealers across the US. You will identify prospects, onboard new partners, and manage growth within your regional dealer network.

This full-time role reports to Regional Sales Managers and supports traveling up to 75% to visit auto dealers. Training is provided to ensure success in the field, with a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive, Finance and Sales.
• Experience in Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership.
• 1-2 years in a challenging sales role with proven success.
• Clear and effective presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
• Results orientation and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Present and communicate company products and services to management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person.
• Identify sales prospects and contact accounts assigned to you.
• Follow-up on new leads and referrals from telephone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers.
• Develop, maintain and grow dealer partners within Independent and Franchise Dealer communities.
• Maintain constant communication with dealer partners on current programs.
• Train dealers in Western Funding including proper documentation for fast funding of contracts.
