Job summary

Western Funding Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Dallas region. This full-time role combines remote work with extensive travel to dealers, focusing on increasing funded deals and expanding the dealer network.

You will identify prospective dealers, onboard them, and manage growth, using a consultative approach to help partners scale their business through our financing programs. Strong presentation and relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of proven sales success or related experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with dealers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Present and communicate company products and services to dealership management in person.
• Identify sales prospects and contact accounts assigned to you.
• Follow-up on new leads and referrals from dealers.
• Develop, maintain and grow dealer partnerships within Independent and Franchise Dealer communities.
• Train dealers on Western Funding programs and required documentation for fast funding.
