Job summary

Alma Lasers is seeking an Area Business Director for the Washington, DC area. This full-time role requires driving seven-figure sales quotas, mentoring Territory and Area Sales Managers, and leading product demonstrations at clinics, spas, and medical practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of sales experience, ideally in medical/capital sales.
• Experience with medical devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quotas in assigned territory.
• Mentor and coach local sales reps across North America.
• Recruit top talent within territory and Alma Lasers enterprise.
• Perform product demos and answer inquiries on features and pricing.
