Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks a Regional Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue strategy for a cluster of branded hotels in major markets. You will develop room sales and distribution strategies, coordinate RM processes, and maximize regional revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities include training and mentoring Area Directors, steering rate and inventory strategies, and presenting forecasts and analyses to drive growth. Collaboration across departments is essential to achieve HHM core objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in Revenue Management.
• Experience with PMS/CRS and RM systems as listed.
• Bachelor’s or higher in Hospitality or related field.

Responsibilities

• Train, manage, and mentor Area Directors of Revenue Management.
• Control room rates and availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Develop, communicate and implement sales and pricing strategies and policies.
• Lead weekly Revenue Management meetings with rate/inventory strategies and forecasts.
• Initiate short- and long-term revenue forecasts and analyze performance.
• Collaborate with departments to align goals for optimal revenue management.
• Interview, train, coach, and support associates per brand standards.
