Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks a Task Force Area Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue strategy across a rotating cluster of branded hotels. • At least 5 years of experience in revenue management.
• Certification with Hilton and Marriott brands is required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting multiple properties.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Control room rates and availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Develop and implement pricing, distribution strategies and channel management.
• Lead weekly Revenue Management meetings with rate and inventory strategies, forecasts.
• Forecast short and long-term revenue and provide weekly/monthly analyses.
• Analyze booking trends, pickup, no-shows, and sources of business.
• Manage rate strategy tiers and booking pace by market segment and inventory.
• Collaborate with departments to align goals and revenue plans.
• Establish internal and external relationships.
