Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Regional Director of Revenue Management to guide revenue strategy for a cluster of branded hotels. You will set room rate structures, distribution plans and oversee RM processes to maximize regional revenue performance.

The role requires 4+ years in RM, strong analytical skills, and leadership experience to train and coach Area Directors. Expect dynamic schedules and cross‑department collaboration to achieve profitability.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Management.
• Proficient in PMS/CRS and RMS tools including Excel, reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue strategy for a cluster of hotels.
• Develop room sales and distribution strategies.
• Prepare and conduct weekly RM meetings with rate and inventory plans.
• Forecast and analyze booking trends, pace, and opportunities.
• Coach and mentor Area Directors of Revenue Management.
• Collaborate with departments to align goals and actions.
