• Seven+ years as Director of Revenue Management across multiple markets.
• Direct experience with a major branded hotel system.
• Proven ability to grow leisure/weekend demand, not just overall RevPAR.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach requiring daily partnership with sales and operations.
• Executive presence with confidence presenting performance and strategy to ownership.
• Demonstrated tenure and stability in prior roles.

Responsibilities

• Own room revenue and market share across two hotels, forecasting and aligning stakeholders.
• Set and defend rate strategy, actively managing pricing and distribution.
• Partner with sales and marketing to grow group, business transient, and leisure segments.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to align rate positioning with guest experience.
• Present performance, forecasts, and strategy to ownership on a regular basis.
• Mentor and guide other revenue leaders across the portfolio.
