Formación

• Strong direct sales experience across inside and outside calls.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, including group presentations.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and consistent follow-up with clients and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and maintain key client segments including group and FIT business.
• Build relationships with top clients and perform pre/post call planning.
• Collaborate with General Managers and Regional Sales to maximize revenue.
• Use CRM to track opportunities, forecasts, and client activity.
• Lead and mentor Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager where applicable.
