Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Area Manager Field Sales for Gaco roof coatings, focused on expanding our footprint in the New Mexico region. You will engage architects, engineers, building owners, and contractors, driving sales and brand presence across multiple channels.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in roofing/waterproofing sales, a proven sales track record, and willingness to travel about three-quarters of the time. Competitive package and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in roofing/waterproofing material or commercial coatings sales.
• Proven ability to build business and grow sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Gaco roof coatings to architects, engineers, owners, distributors and contractors.
• Develop and execute sales plans for territory; travel frequently (75%).
• Close sales, generate and follow up on leads, and manage territory budget.
