Job summary

Sanofi Genzyme is seeking an experienced Area Business Manager for Hematology/Oncology in a remote US role. You will develop territory plans, leverage cross-functional resources and position oncology products to clinicians.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, strong communication and adherence to compliance guidelines. The ABM will work with hematologists and oncologists, and coordinate with network managers and medical teams to ensure strategy pull-through.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum two years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Sales Oncology/Hematology experience preferred.
• BA focus in business or life science preferred.
• Ability to think, plan, and act strategically.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory plans aligned with marketing strategies.
• Leverage resources and cross-functional collaboration with Hematologists and Oncologists.
• Position product information to promote appropriate use of oncology portfolio.
• Complete call reporting, plan updates and expense reports in compliance with guidelines.
• Attend training, conventions and symposia as required.
• Drive effective account targeting and time management.
