Job summary

Sanofi Genzyme is seeking an Area Business Manager Hematology Oncology to drive sales within a defined US geography. The role emphasizes annual objectives, collaboration with Hematologists and Oncologists, and leveraging resources to promote oncology portfolio within the territory.

Candidates should possess a BA/BS and pharma sales experience, with strong strategic planning, communication, and relationship-building skills. The position offers remote work with travel to daily meetings as required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required. Focus in business or life science preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience OR one year previous Sanofi Oncology/Transplant sales experience OR healthcare related experience.
• Driving a company car in a safe manner to daily meetings and appointments is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and utilize a business plan aligned with marketing strategies through territory analysis, cross-functional collaboration and customer insights (updated quarterly).
• Implement business plans through leveraging resources with Hematologists and Oncologists and other key customers.
• Develop as product, disease state and marketplace expert. Communicate product information to promote appropriate use in territory.
