Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Area Business Manager - Allergy for the Baltimore area. The role focuses on engaging Allergists and key customers to deliver clinically focused messages and grow revenue for atopic dermatitis and asthma indications.

You will collaborate with Medical Science, Market Access, and field colleagues to address customer needs, develop strategic plans, and execute local promotional programs while ensuring compliance with US policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech sales or life science experience.
• Ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs as necessary.
• Proven sales performance in complex markets with integrity within compliance guidelines.
• Ability to work as a team player with internal colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Engage Allergy/Immunology customers within territory and deliver clinically focused messages.
• Collaborate with Sales Professionals, MSLs, Market Access and other stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with Allergy experts, coordinators and patient advocacy groups.
• Drive opportunities and develop strategic plans to grow territory business.
• Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
• Maximize budget to support execution of strategies and drive revenue.
• Participate in industry congresses, meetings, and medical conferences.
• Own opportunities with large group practices to drive product results.
