Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support high-volume contracting and billing processes within a remote-capable team. You will interpret complex contracts, verify invoices in FSCM, and ensure accurate revenue recognition while leveraging Excel to extract and organize data.

Qualifications

• 2 years combined experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and/or Finance OR 2 years in a Financial Institution.
• Experience utilizing MS Excel (pivot tables, formatting).
• Strong math and reasoning skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to attend meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

Responsibilities

• Deep knowledge of contract billing processes and verifying billing and revenue setup.
• Interpret complex contracts and check invoices against PDF contracts in FSCM or billing systems.
• Adhere to monthly checking goals and credit goals; process credits and credits memos.
• Create and maintain files and accounting documentation; lead process improvements.
• Support cross-training and potential mentoring of peers; participate in special projects.
