Qualifications

• 2+ years in Accounting (Accounts Receivable/Payable) OR 2+ years in a Financial Institution.
• Strong math and reasoning skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Travel up to 10% for meetings or trainings.

Responsibilities

• Extensive and thorough knowledge of the contract billing processes.
• Interpret complex contracts and verify information in FSCM or other billing systems against PDF Contracts.
• Adhere to monthly checking and credit goals; process credits and credit memos.
• Create and maintain files and accounting documentation; lead process improvements.
• Assist peers and participate in cross-training; lead projects as directed.
• Produce reports and participate in special projects as requested.
• Research and resolve P&L questions; perform other duties as assigned.
