Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the Finance Contract Management Team. You will verify billing and revenue setup, interpret complex contracts, and extract data via MS Excel to ensure accuracy.

This remote role supports offices within ~70 miles of Lenexa KS, Springfield MO, or Monett MO. Responsibilities include ensuring contract billing integrity, checking invoices against PDFs, meeting monthly goals, processing credits, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Finance OR 2 years in a Financial Institution.
• Strong math and reasoning skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to attend meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

Responsibilities

• Extensive and thorough knowledge of the contract billing processes.
• Interprets complex contracts and verifies information in FSCM or other billing systems against PDF contracts.
• Adhere to monthly checking goals and credit goals.
• Process credits and credit memos.
• Create and maintain files and accounting documentation; lead process improvements.
• May assist less experienced peers and help with cross-training.
