Production Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist I to support accurate cash application, reconciliation, and client account maintenance in a remote role. The position emphasizes confidentiality, precision, and collaboration across Accounting, Billing, and internal partners.

You will handle diverse payments, prepare statements, maintain client records, and monitor cash projections while contributing to month-end close and client relationship success.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of accounts receivable or related business experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365.
• Working knowledge of cash application, account reconciliation, collections, and general ledger support.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Process and apply check, ACH, wire, and other electronic payments for client invoice and postage accounts.
• Identify incoming payments, research unapplied or unclear receipts, and resolve discrepancies with clients and internal partners.
• Prepare postage summaries, client deposit activity, escrow statements, and supporting cash receipt/disbursement records.
• Process approved bank transfers for client deposits and record related general ledger activity.
• Complete weekly cash reconciliations for operating and postage accounts.
• Prepare AR aging reports and communicate with clients regarding past-due balances.
• Maintain accurate client account information and supporting records.
• Monitor client payment instructions and renewals for tax certificates.
