Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to manage a high-volume AR portfolio and deliver outstanding service to customers across parts and service accounts. This remote role emphasizes timely collections and professional billing inquiry resolution.

You will handle extensive email and phone communications, analyze customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with internal teams. Prior remote work and strong Excel/SharePoint skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume communication environment is required.
• Prior remote work experience is required.
• Proficiency with Excel and SharePoint is required.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and prioritization are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize a high-volume AR portfolio across a large customer base.
• Communicate with customers through 100+ emails per day and 50 outbound calls daily.
• Drive timely payment collection while maintaining strong customer experience.
• Handle inbound AR-related calls and billing inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and system updates (including Excel-based tracking).
• Collaborate with internal teams and utilize tools to manage documentation and workflows.
