Job summary

Jobot Consulting is seeking a remote-first Collections Specialist to manage a high-volume aging portfolio in a fast-growing environment. You will own non-disputed accounts end-to-end, pull aging reports, send notices, and drive proactive outreach while collaborating with a new automation platform rollout in NetSuite.

Ideal candidates have a solid AR/collections background, strong written communication, and comfort working in a still-evolving process.

Qualifications

• Solid collections/AR background — comfortable owning a portfolio end to end.
• NetSuite experience required.
• Ability to adapt to a non-standard, high-volume process (this isn't textbook collections)
• Strong written communication skills — this is an email-first motion
• Comfortable operating in a still-being-built, fast-scaling environment

Responsibilities

• Own collections on non-disputed accounts within a high-volume, high-complexity aging portfolio
• Proactively pull aging reports, send statements/notices, and drive outreach before accounts become a problem — not just reacting to disputes
• Track and manage a defined portfolio with consistent follow-up cadence
• Route any disputed accounts to the dedicated dispute-resolution team
• Work daily in NetSuite; ramp onto a new collections automation platform as it rolls out
