Lithia & Driveway is seeking an Account Service Representative to join our Shared Services Call Center remotely. You will handle inbound customer inquiries, process policy information, and ensure accurate account records with a focus on timely, friendly service.

The role requires prior call center or customer service experience, strong data entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A reliable home workspace and PST hours enable you to support customers across time zones.
