• Promotes sales while meeting cash flow targets and mitigating delinquent receivables.
• Communicates status of accounts to branch managers, sales personnel, regional leaders, and regional credit managers.
• Updates accounts with clear notes and provides communication to internal customers.
• Responds timely to credit hold requests and releases orders based on payment promises.
