Job summary

Reflect Health, formerly S&S Health, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support a high-volume healthcare administration environment remotely. This role coordinates payments, reconciliations, invoicing, and cross-functional AR activities to ensure timely cash flow and client satisfaction.

Based in Mason, OH, Reflect Health operates nationally and emphasizes accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and collaborative problem solving within the Finance team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent AR experience.
• Proficient in accounting software with advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookup).
• Experience with ERP software, preferably Sage Intacct.
• Strong data entry, analytical and reconciliation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Payment Processing: post checks and ACH payments and reconcile postings.
• Reconciliation: perform monthly account reconciliations for accuracy.
• Invoice Management: create invoices, verify calculations, maintain payment histories.
• Cross-Functional Support: back-up for other AR roles in Finance.
• Problem-Solving: identify and resolve billing inconsistencies with clients and third parties.
• Communication: provide updates and reports to stakeholders.
