Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is a leading behavioral health crisis-care provider offering crisis stabilization and recovery resources. The AR Resolution Specialist role focuses on accurate billing, rigorous follow-up, appeals, and informed denial management to support financial health.

The position is fully remote across the United States, requiring 2+ years in claims follow-up and denial management, plus a healthcare office background. A Bachelor’s degree in health care is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of insurance claims follow-up.
• 2 years of claim denial management.
• 5 years of experience within a physician and/or facility business office.
• 1 year of experience working in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in health care or related field.
• 5 years of experience with physician and/or facility billing/auditing within a behavioral health environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on required daily accounts to reduce A/R.
• Validate denied claims and determine denial resolution; submit appeal letters with WAYSTAR.
