Zusammenfassung

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Accounts Resolution Specialist to ensure proper billing and timely reimbursement across our remote operations. The role handles insurance follow-up, denial management, and payer communications, using WAYSTAR and Avatar systems, and communicates with leadership via SBAR.

Qualified candidates have a High School diploma, 2 years in claims follow-up, 2 years denial management, 5 years in a physician/facility business office, and 1 year remote work.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• 2 years of insurance claims follow-up
• 2 years of claim denial management
• 5 years of experience within a physician and/or facility business office
• 1 year of experience working in a remote environment
• The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy.

Aufgaben

• Follows up on required daily accounts to reduce the A/R.
• Performs timely and accurate validation of denied claims and determines appropriate denial resolution.
• Utilizes WAYSTAR to submit appeal letters and payer-required documentation on unpaid and underpaid claims.
• Prioritizes work to increase efficiency in the collections process.
• Documents action taken toward account resolution within Avatar and WAYSTAR using standardized note format.
• Meets productivity requirements as set within the department.
• Communicates opportunities with leadership using SBAR format.
• Follows CHS leadership and participates in AR reduction initiatives.
• Takes initiative to troubleshoot issues and communicate with leadership.
