Jobgether, on behalf of a partner organization, seeks an Accounts Receivable Resolution Specialist for a fully remote US-based role. You will pursue denial management, appeals, and accurate insurance claim processing to improve cash collections in a behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities include managing complex AR cases, coordinating with payers, providers, and patients, and following established procedures to reduce aging and optimize revenue cycle performance.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in insurance claims follow‑up and denial management.
• Experience in a physician or healthcare facility business office is preferred.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of insurance billing, appeals and reimbursement processes.

Responsabilités

• Oversee complex claims resolution and strengthen collection processes.
• Review denied claims and identify resolution strategies, including authorizations and precertifications.
• Prepare and submit appeal letters and payer documentation.
• Document actions using standard notes in Avatar and WAYSTAR.
• Meet productivity and performance metrics.
• Communicate issues and recommendations to leadership (SBAR).
• Support debt collection improvements and departmental initiatives.
