Jobgether, on behalf of a partner in behavioral healthcare, seeks an Accounts Receivable Resolution Specialist for a fully remote, full-time role in the United States. You will ensure claims are processed, reimbursed, and resolved, manage complex AR cases, and coordinate appeals to accelerate payments with insurers.

This role requires experience in insurance claims follow-up and denial management, strong reimbursement knowledge, and excellent communication with providers, patients, and payers.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance claims follow-up and denial management.
• 5+ years in physician or healthcare facility business office.
• Remote work experience and ability to meet productivity standards.
• Knowledge of insurance billing, reimbursement processes, and denial resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication with insurers, patients, and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Follow up on assigned accounts daily to reduce AR and accelerate reimbursement.
• Review denied claims and determine resolution strategies, including appeals.
• Prepare and submit appeal letters and payer documentation through WAYSTAR.
• Prioritize resolution activities to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Document actions in Avatar and WAYSTAR; meet productivity targets.
• Communicate issues and opportunities to leadership using SBAR.
• Assist billing teams with responses to mail and correspondence.
• Support departmental objectives and participate in process improvements.
