Jobgether is assisting a partner organization in recruiting an Accounts Receivable Resolution Specialist. This fully remote, full-time role focuses on accurately processing insurance claims, resolving denials, and accelerating payments with payers and third-party processors.

You will collaborate with billing teams, healthcare providers, patients, and insurers to improve revenue cycle performance and ensure timely crisis-care services are delivered. Eligible U.S. states welcome remote applicants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance claims follow-up.
• 2+ years of experience in claims denial management.
• 5+ years in a physician/healthcare facility business office.
• 1+ year of remote work experience.
• Strong knowledge of insurance billing, claims follow-up, appeals, and denial resolution.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with insurers, patients, providers, and internal teams.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations and follow procedures.

Responsabilités

• Follow up on assigned accounts daily to reduce outstanding accounts receivable and accelerate reimbursement.
• Review denied claims and determine resolution strategies, including authorization and precertification.
• Prepare and submit appeal letters and payer documentation via WAYSTAR.
• Document actions and progress using standard notes in Avatar and WAYSTAR.
• Meet departmental productivity and performance requirements.
• Communicate issues and improvement opportunities to leadership using SBAR format.
