Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Accounts Receivable Resolution Specialist (FT, Days) for a fully remote role supporting the AR function across payer channels. You will ensure proper billing and expeditious reimbursement, using internal systems to follow up, appeal, and resolve denials.

You will collaborate with insurance companies, care teams, and leadership, maintain precise documentation, and meet productivity targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance claims follow-up and 2+ years of claim denial management.
• 5 years of experience in a physician and/or facility business office.
• Remote work experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; health care degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Follow up on daily accounts to reduce the A/R.
• Validate denied claims and determine denial resolution, including authorization/retro authorization/precertification.
• Submit appeal letters and payer documentation using WAYSTAR.
• Prioritize work to improve collections and document actions in Avatar/WAYSTAR.
• Communicate opportunities to leadership using SBAR; follow CHS chain of command.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist billing with dispositions of inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
