Jobgether is seeking an Accounts Receivable Resolution Specialist to remotely manage complex AR cases for a behavioral health organization in the United States. You will follow up on accounts daily, review denials, and file appeals via WAYSTAR while documenting actions in Avatar.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, clear communication, and collaboration with billing, providers, patients, and insurers.

Formación

• This role requires hands-on experience with insurance claims follow-up and denial management.
• Experience in healthcare billing and revenue cycle processes.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on assigned accounts daily to reduce outstanding AR and accelerate reimbursement.
• Review denied claims promptly and identify resolution strategies including authorization and precertification.
• Prepare and submit appeals and payer documentation through WAYSTAR for unpaid or underpaid claims.
• Document all actions in Avatar and WAYSTAR using standardized notes.
• Meet productivity and performance requirements and support departmental initiatives.
• Assist billing teams with incoming mail and other correspondence.
