Job summary

ICF is seeking a full-time Account Coordinator to support the utility energy efficiency portfolio in Arkansas. The role combines outreach, event planning, and relationship coordination to connect customers with energy efficiency programs across communities.

The successful candidate will research events, maintain calendars, track leads, and collaborate with trade allies and program teams. Travel within Arkansas is required, with a mix of remote and field-based work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with 4+ years of outreach, community engagement, event coordination, marketing, customer service, program support, or administrative coordination.
• Valid driver's license and pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Research local community events and outreach opportunities aligned with program goals.
• Develop and maintain an outreach and events calendar with targets and logistics.
• Coordinate and attend community outreach events and gather leads.
• Track leads, interactions, event participation, and follow-up activities using tracking tools or CRM.
• Travel 20%–50% and support local Arkansas travel as needed.
• Prepare outreach summaries and event recaps for leadership.
