DeWinter Group is seeking an experienced AR/OTC consultant to optimize billing workflows in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This part-time, remote role focuses on accurate billing, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvements to support rapid scale.

You will own day-to-day billing operations, resolve upstream data issues, and implement best practices to reduce errors, increase efficiency, and deliver top-notch service to key clients.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on AR, billing, or order-to-cash experience in a B2B environment.
• Proven expertise with manual billing processes across SFDC, Google Intake forms, and usage-based SaaS agreements.
• Strong data management skills; familiarity with Bill.com, QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Ramp.
• Ability to identify process gaps and implement best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to partner across departments.
