Job summary

Pennant is seeking an AR Supervisor to lead accounts receivable, Medicaid and managed care billing, and the revenue cycle across a multi-state portfolio of senior living communities.

You will ensure accurate billing, timely reimbursement, and reconciliation of resident accounts, while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and waiver programs, and mentoring the AR staff.

Collaborate with leadership to monitor KPIs, address denials, and drive process improvements across locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounts receivable for assigned communities.
• Audit AR functions and billing practices for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor collections, aging, denials, authorizations, and reimbursement timelines.
• Prepare AR, Medicaid, and managed care performance reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with state Medicaid agencies and MCOs to resolve issues.
