Job summary

Pennant Services is seeking an AR Supervisor to lead accounts receivable, Medicaid and managed care billing, and collections across multiple states for senior living communities. You will ensure accurate invoicing, reimbursement, and compliance with Medicaid and federal regulations.

Responsibilities include overseeing denial management, reporting performance metrics to leadership, and driving process improvements to optimize cash flow and aging.

• Oversee AR, Medicaid billing, managed care billing, and collections across multiple states.
• Lead denial management, appeals, and reimbursement analysis.
• Monitor KPIs: collections, aging, denials, and timeliness.
• Prepare regular AR and Medicaid performance reports for leadership.
• Coach and train AR staff and BOMs on Medicaid processes and compliance.
