Snapscale is seeking an Intermediate Virtual Assistant with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Collections Support to join our remote team.

The ideal candidate will manage AR for multiple clients, follow up on overdue payments, and assist in preparing financial reports while maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience as a virtual assistant focusing on AR/collections.
• Experience with accounting software and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support collections.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and track accounts receivable for multiple clients, ensuring timely payments and communication regarding outstanding invoices.
• Follow up with clients to collect payments via email and phone.
• Prepare financial reports highlighting overdue accounts and progress on collections.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies in payment records.
• Maintain an organized filing system for AR documents and correspondence.
• Work remotely with independence and good time management.
