Job summary

Snapscale is seeking an Intermediate Virtual Assistant focused on Accounts Receivable and Collections to join our remote team in India. You will manage AR for multiple clients, chase overdue payments, and support reporting and data accuracy.

The role requires 2–3 years in a VA/AR capacity, proficiency in accounting software and Excel, and strong communication. Must be able to work independently in a remote environment from India.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a virtual assistant role or similar, focused on accounts receivable and collections.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track accounts receivable for multiple clients, ensuring timely payments and communication regarding outstanding invoices.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to collect outstanding payments via email and phone.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, highlighting overdue accounts and collections progress.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies in payment records and maintain accurate data.
• Implement and maintain an organized filing system for AR documents and correspondence.
