Job summary

Peter Millar is seeking an Accounts Receivable - Collections Specialist to support AR functions for Peter Millar and G/FORE. You will manage customer balances, apply payments, resolve disputes, and monitor aging to ensure timely collections.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in collections, strong analytical skills, and experience with ERP systems (BlueCherry preferred). A Bachelor's degree and Excel expertise are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of accounts receivable or collections experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems; BlueCherry experience strongly preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments and batch daily payments in the ERP system.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past due balances.
• Contact customers to collect delinquent payments and resolve disputes.
• Reconcile accounts, investigate chargebacks, and prepare write-offs when needed.
• Maintain records of communications and collection activities and support audits.
