Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in accounts receivable, credit & collections, treasury operations, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, PivotTables, and lookup functions.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections for customer accounts, resolve payment issues, negotiate payments per policy.
• Monitor AR aging, identify risks, and prepare recurring collections reports.
• Perform customer credit reviews and establish or modify credit limits.
• Process routine banking transactions (ACH, wire, lockbox) and support cash applications.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and assist with month-end close and treasury reporting.
• Support audits and participate in process improvements for AR and treasury.
